Professional Experience

Holding a Master of Law (Applied Law) with a major in Family Law, Nicole also serves on the NSW Law Society’s Family Law Committee, where she contributes to shaping best practices within the profession. She regularly presents on complex family law issues, including the unique challenges faced by families navigating trauma, mental health concerns, and neurodiversity. Nicole has a particular passion for assisting families raising children who are neurodiverse and has delivered seminars on parenting orders for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.

In addition to her family law expertise, Nicole helps clients plan for the future through careful estate planning, ensuring their wishes are clearly documented and legally sound. She also has significant experience in estate litigation, guiding families through disputes with empathy and practical solutions during times of loss.

Nicole is known for her compassionate and client-centred approach, while remaining a strong advocate in both NSW and Federal jurisdictions. She is widely recognised for her clear and persuasive drafting, providing the Court with the information it needs to make fair and informed decisions. Whether guiding families through separation or helping clients secure peace of mind with wills and estates, Nicole combines expertise and empathy to deliver trusted advice and effective outcomes.
